By booking or purchasing services from Rammy’s Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Services

Rammy’s Auto Detailing provides professional vehicle detailing services including interior, exterior, maintenance, and full detailing packages. Service inclusions vary depending on the selected package and vehicle condition.

All quoted prices and estimated durations are based on average vehicle condition. Excessively dirty vehicles, pet hair, sand, stains, mould, bodily fluids, biohazards, or neglected vehicles may incur additional charges or require additional time.

 

Bookings & Deposits

Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment or deposit requirements have been completed.

Rammy’s Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where:

• Vehicle condition exceeds the selected package

• Unsafe working conditions are present

• Severe contamination or biohazards are identified

• Required utilities or access are unavailable

• Weather conditions prevent safe completion of services

Deposits are used to secure appointment times and compensate for reserved operational capacity.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in cancellation fees or refusal of future bookings.

Rammy’s Auto Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment failure, illness, emergencies, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

 

Vehicle Condition & Liability

Customers are responsible for informing Rammy’s Auto Detailing of any pre-existing damage, faults, sensitive surfaces, aftermarket modifications, or mechanical issues prior to service commencement.

While every reasonable effort is made to safely detail all vehicles, Rammy’s Auto Detailing is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Wear and tear

• Faded, brittle, or deteriorated materials

• Failure of aged trims, plastics, adhesives, or electronics

• Damage resulting from undisclosed defects or prior repairs

Certain stains, odours, scratches, paint defects, etching, swirl marks, or contamination may not be fully removable.

 

Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Outstanding balances may result in delayed vehicle release or cancellation of future bookings.

 

Satisfaction Policy

Rammy’s Auto Detailing aims to provide high-quality professional detailing services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, concerns must be raised within 24 hours of appointment completion so reasonable corrective action may be considered.

 

Mobile Services & Weather

Where mobile detailing services are offered, customers must provide safe and suitable working access, including sufficient space and access to water and electricity where required.

Appointments may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions including heavy rain, storms, excessive heat, or high winds.

 

Changes To Terms

Rammy’s Auto Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
