Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings by contacting Rammy’s Auto Detailing directly.

Booking deposits are used to reserve appointment times and operational availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours notice may have deposits transferred to a future booking at the discretion of Rammy’s Auto Detailing.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

Rammy’s Auto Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, equipment failure, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational circumstances. Where applicable, customers will be offered a rescheduled appointment or refund.
